RESERVATIONS
You can make a reservation request via the form on our website www.karistour.com, by correspondence or in our office in Lovech. For that, consult our trips on the site and choose yours. Fill out and send us the registration form with as many details as possible (desired date, specific diet, etc.):

4. Finalize your registration by payment with bank transfer
Any registration must be accompanied by the payment of an advance of at least 30%. For the acceptance of late registrations the amounts provided in the event of cancellation apply (see Cancellation).

Reservation requests are processed within 3 working days.
Important: The reservation request requires the name of the travelers and the way they are written in Latin on their identity. Karis Tour cannot be held responsible in the event of denied boarding of the aircraft or provision of paid services by suppliers due to incorrect or incomplete personal data, if the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information to the tour operator. Karis Tour is not responsible for the accuracy of the passenger data specified in the contract.
PAYMENTS
THE CUSTOMER can make payment in cash or by credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard or V Pay) at the Karis Tour office located at 36 Todor Kirkov Sq., Lovech 5500 or by bank transfer to the following bank account: United Bulgarian Bank, IBAN: BG39UBBS81551010389843, BIC: UBBSBGSF. THE CUSTOMER is required to make the payment within the specified deadlines. Otherwise, the cancellation or confirmation of the request previously made is possible.
a) When paying in cash or with a debit / credit card, the CLIENT will receive an invoice with a voucher and a travel contract organized in accordance with the requirements of the Tourism Law, which will be drawn up and signed in two copies – one for the CUSTOMER and one for Karis Tour.
b) Payment by bank transfer must be made on the basis of a pro forma invoice and a pre-established order with confirmed availability, describing the services included in the package that the CUSTOMER intends to pay, as well as services not included and can be requested in addition. The confirmed availability request serves as the basis for payment and does not replace the organized travel contract.
When paying by bank transfer, the CUSTOMER is obliged to take into account the time necessary for the transaction. If the bank transfer is made by another bank or outside working hours, the CUSTOMER is required to provide an official document for the payment made within the time specified for the confirmed order. In the event of delay in receipt of payment or failure to present an official document for payment by the CUSTOMER, Karis Tour is not responsible for the cancellation or non-confirmation of the reservation. When paying by bank transfer, the CUSTOMER automatically accepts the general conditions of the company. Karis Tour has the right to confirm or not reservations within 7 working days after receipt of payment. If the reservation is confirmed, the CUSTOMER receives in electronic form or by mail an organized travel contract, which must be signed and sent with signature.
Karis Tour has the right to guarantee the locations of certain offers and excursions to the CLIENT for a maximum duration of 12 hours if they remain at least 14 working days before the date of arrival / departure. Karis Tour cannot guarantee the pitches on specific offers and excursions which have a strict and non-refundable travel policy without receiving immediate payment from the CLIENT. In the event that the CUSTOMER has made an immediate payment, Karis Tour reserves the right not to confirm the reservation, if the availability or the price of the SUPPLIERS is changed. In this case, Karis Tour is obliged to offer another option or to reimburse the amount paid by the CLIENT within 7 working days. Karis Tour has the right to set a different deadline for the payment of the order with confirmed availability according to the SUPPLIER’s conditions, by informing the CUSTOMER in advance of the payment terms. Karis Tour has the right to confirm availability from the date and time of issue of the confirmed availability request and to guarantee the reservation within 7 working days after receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION
The CUSTOMER is entitled to cancel the reservation under the following conditions:
At the latest 30 working days before the date of booking, the customer does not owe any penalties, except in cases where air tickets are issued and the amount of the tickets is not refundable, if the trip takes place during holidays and in cases where the value of the reservation is not refundable according to the conditions of the hotel;
More than 21 days before the start of the stay – holding of the entire advance (30% or depending on the amount of the advance on which an agreement has been reached)
From 20 to 15 working days before the start of the stay, a penalty of 50% of the amount will be paid.
From 8 to 14 working days before the start of the stay, a penalty of 75% of the amount will be paid.
Less than 7 days before the start of the stay, pay a penalty of 100% of the amount.
The CUSTOMER has the right to cancel the reservation in the event of sudden illness or other medical problems and must submit to Karis Tour a document from the respective medical institution certifying the impossibility of traveling. In such cases, Karis Tour cancels the reservation in order to protect the CLIENT’s interests with the aim of reducing cancellation costs or avoiding them if possible. The CUSTOMER has the right to change the name of the reservation only if Karis Tour has obtained the agreement of the airline, hotel or local partner concerned and for a fee, if applicable. On these questions, the customer can consult the circuit before booking or, if necessary, making a change. Karis Tour has the right not to confirm the reservation in the event of a change in supplier availability up to 7 working days after payment, but no later than 10 days before the trip, unless the reservation is made at the last moment. . Last minute bookings are considered bookings made less than 14 working days before the date of travel. In the event of cancellation or interruption during the performance of the services, there will be no refund.
Insurance covering the costs incurred in the event of cancellation is recommended, to be taken out independently of the registration.
CLAIMS
Complaints are accepted verbally or in writing within 14 calendar days of discovery of non-compliance with the provisions agreed with the CLIENT and upon presentation of the necessary written proof of non-performance or poor performance of the service. Karis Tour is required to respond in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In the event of persistent disagreement, the dispute may be submitted to the National Commission for the protection of customers. The Sofia court is recognized exclusively as competent by the contracting parties.
CHANGE OF PRICES AND CONDITIONS
The previously announced prices can only be modified if they are due to an increase in transport costs, including fuel; increase the amount of fees associated with used contractual services, such as airport, port and other fees; a change in the exchange rate in the period between the conclusion of the organized or individual travel contract and the date of departure. Price changes must be made on time in accordance with art. 88 and art. 89 of the Tourism Act.
In the case of issues with an airline ticket, Karis Tour is not responsible for changes to flight schedules, flight delays and cancellation of flights by the airline. Karis Tour undertakes to inform the CUSTOMER in good time of the changes made and to propose an appropriate alternative.
In the event of force majeure, including storms, earthquakes, wars, strikes, blockages, natural disasters, Karis Tour reserves the right to modify and cancel reservations.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TOUR OPERATOR
Karis Tour holds a certificate for the registration of the activity number of a tour operator and an insurance contract for the insurance “Liability of the tour operator” within the meaning of art. 97 of the Law on tourism with the police N°13052410000187 from the insurance company “LEV INS Ltd”. However, each traveler is required to take out repatriation, cancellation, comprehensive or other insurance appropriate for himself and the insurance company of his choice to prevent accidents or accidents that may occur before the trip.
